2.1 speaker system?

I am looking for a 2.1 speaker system with a very low budget.

Budget- $40
Usage- for games and movies
Brands- Altec Lansing, Logitech and Creative (most of the other brands aren't available here so mentioning these)
Looking for good bass and clarity.

I found these 2
Altec Lansing vs2621 (a little expensive than Logitech)
Logitech z313

Which is better among these, and any other suggestions?
