Yup there are 2 but the other side looks pretty much the same.

    4" cathodes.

They do put out a fair bit of heat though.

vertically at the front of the unit, the inverter sits at the rear on the piece of chassis between the optical drive and the back of the unit.

I used one of those 3 LED jobbies on mine. Very subtle and even shines thru ICE. However yours does look pretty sweet. Still have not cut off grill on mine tho...

I thought they were supposed to be COLD cathodes? Do they really kick out much heat? Cos anymore and I think my Shuttle is going to melt.

I was going to do something similar, but I often leave the PC on when I'm asleep and I was concerned the bl00 light might keep me awake. That said, it couldnt be any more distracting than the ultra-bright bl00 power LED on the front and the annoying flashing bl00 LED on my bluetooth dongle.

See that little black dongle at the rear? Thats the switch and it came built in I could hide it better but tbh its fairly unobtrusive.

need to be careful feeding the wires through the back plate though, I put them through the little flap that covers the top of the PCI slots.
