    Speakers/Headphones

Anyone have any idea what I should look for in Speakers and Headphones?
And does anyone know what company provides decent or the best possible Speakers and Headphones? I mainly want to use them for playing games.

Headphones I'd choose Sennheiser headphones to keep it in a sensible price range (I'd go with Beyer if you have more money to spend, I have a pair of Beyer something or others - they we're around £90 but sound really nice )

Speakers if your on a budget (and want normal PC speakers) then I'd choose from the latest range of Logitech speakers, if your up for spending more I'd choose Klipsch cubes, then if more money (£300+ prob) I'd concider some sort of Stereo or surround setup

What is your budget and space requirements?

    MacBook - 2Ghz - 1GB RAM - 120GB HDD

    B&W DM640i | Velodyne 1512

headfones yeah your right for the Sennheiser =)

but speakers.. a proper A/V amp with speakers - home cinema systems work well for this too. Check out your local richer sounds for some great bargins on this kinda top setup

I've been suggesting that for a while now although I recently heard various setups and was very suprised, the top end cube systems do sound better than the really low end home cinema setups, so upto around £300 I would stick with cubes. Also theres no point having floorstanding speakers in a 3x3 room
