    I wonder if the Intel 22NM process is going as well as they are making others believe?? Ivy Bridge was meant to ship small quantities in late 2011.

    Well from that article it sounds more like that in their rush to release a shiney new product they forgot the the market is depressed atm and they've still got a rather large stock of the old product.
    Then someone realised, if they bring the shiney new product to market now, people are not going to want to buy the old one, without a big price drop which would send their profit margins through the floor.

    I read it as more of a statement that IB would pretty much only be retail units at first.....OEMs will have to wait for the big bulky shipments.

    At least, that's what I am praying for!

    But i've bought the TJ08-E off TO now. I need to know its only going to be empty until April, not any longer!
