Well, the title says it all, really.
I'm looking to buy a (fairly cheap) Midi Keyboard, but have no idea what to look for.
Any advice would be much appreciated.

If your using it soley for a MIDI keyboard - just get yourself a cheap full size keyboard, touch sensitivity that only really matters - decide if you want it and either get one with or without.
Most normal keyboards have MIDI, although you can get MIDI only ones for quite cheap. I personally use a Clavinova for MIDI.
G4 PowerMac - Tiger 10.4 - 512MB RAM

B&W DM640i | Velodyne 1512
How much money are you looking to spend? touch graded keyboards are pretty damn expensive.... unrealrocks clavinova was probably at least a grand.
I've always liked Evolution ones, the mid-range kit is excellent.
evolution, amen to that (and good for the money)
