making my sn45g silent

Ive got teh sn45g, the first problem i had when i got it was teh graphics card being noisey, so i fixed it with an uber silent fan. Now there is still some (but not much) noise. Ive looked around and some people say its teh system fan, some say its the PSU. So i found a website selling the silent 250w psu and its £30, but i dont know how silent it will actually be!? Also i looked and i could replace the 80mm system fan and my standard psu one for about £15-£20, however i wondered how safe this would be in the event of psu overheating. Anyone know anything about this sort of stuff, and what fans to buy or if the upgrades are worth it?

I've changed the system fan from the Sunon to a YS-TECH 80mm silent and bought a moddem 200W PSU with a quiet fan in it, been running 24/7 for 5months now, no problems yet.

That's on my Shuttle SN41G2 with a 2800+.

Have also cut out the fan grill at the back and temps are 48/36 full load.
