I want a MIDI Keyboard, but don't want to spend a fortune..
What sort of price ranges do these sell for?
Are there any particular models which are cheap, but reasonable??
Where should I look for one of these?
THanks

Price? You get what you pay for...
I recommend Evolution or M-Audio boards, you can get a really good 61-key for around 160 quid on www.dv247.com

I'm sure I replyed to this yesterday, odd.
As Im sure I said before ... apart from touch sensitivity the price really doesn't matter as if its only for MIDI then the analogue and most of the digital processing stage really doesn't matter. Just get a full sized keys keyboard that has MIDI
G4 PowerMac - Tiger 10.4 - 512MB RAM
MacBook - 2Ghz - 1GB RAM - 120GB HDD
Rotel RC970BX | DBX DriveRack |2x Rotel RB850

Thanks guys.
I had initially thought about spending <£50, but having looked around a bit it seems I would be much better off spending around £100.
I have seen a few keyboards I am interested in and would appreciate any comments/advice anyone has on the following -
M-Audio Oxygen 8
Evolution MK-425C
Roland-ED PC-180A
Roland-ED PC-160A
I assume that the extra knobs and buttons can, for example, be assigned to different controls on the Reason sampler etc...??
Thanks
Chez
OK, I think I'm going to go for the Evolution MK-425C as it is similar in price to the Oxygen 8, but also has touch-sensitive keys.
Before I dive in, does anyone have any exsperience of this model or any other/better suggestions?
Thanks
Chez
id get the Roland-ED PC-160A
