    SATA Raid on an NF7-S

Right then. Got my NF7-S rev2 delivered yesterday, and just ordered 2x120GB Spinpoint SATA drives. Anyone running Striped RAID on that MOBO? Any tips? It is doable, according to the Abit documentation...

There was a tutorial that went to the far end of a fart on RAIDing drives (on the NF7S)

I think it was on this very forum my old mucker!

It is doable but early board bios versions were fraught with problems. Have a look at the Abit forums to see what they recommend. I'd be interested in how you go, as I'm looking at another 120gb drive for my machine. As I'm running deathstars, maybe raid 0 isn't sensible though

I run a RAID 0 array on my NF7-S - 2 x 36GB Raptors. Updated my bios many times since the initial array was created and have had no problems at all.
