Not got a lot of time atm but as a while maybe look for around £200 - £300 see what you can get from it, if you split it then this is what I've seen price wise around forums for the parts:

4 GB DDR2 XMS2 6400 RAM 4GB recently went for around £25 - £30 on these forums
GForce 9500GT 512 MB DDR2 Graphics Card £20 - 25
500 GB Seagate pipeline HD 500GB HDD (ST3500312CS) Around £30 on eBay but nit sure what the price is for this
DVD-RW drive Anywhere from £5
Coolermaster Wavemaster aluminium case Going for around £30 on eBay
500W OCZ (OCZ500SXS) StealthXStream PSU Not sure on this, around £25 - 35 on eBay
