power supply for diy build

hello starting a new build in a month or so and was wondering if a 160 watt pico psu would be able to run a mini itx motherboard i3 2100 4gb ddr3 ram 1 ssd drive and a Radeon HD 7750.

there would be no overclocking and would be mainly used for streaming hd video and some light gaming.

the reason i ask is i am building the case for this and want it be small so just seeing what space i can save on before i order all the sheet metal for the build if it cant run on the pico do you know of a decent quality tfx or flex atx psu thanks

In theory you should be OK but perhaps get a Core i3 2100T instead??

thats basically the same conclusion i came to that should run it but just thought i would get a second opinion also thanks cat for the graphics card suggestion i will look in to them both:thumbsup:

Looks to be a nice card, may have to get one for my htpc if it is as quiet as the review suggests.

160W pico psu is likely to have very low current draw on the 12v line. I'd be *incredibly* surprised if it got anywhere near powering that rig, tbh.

Go for a 250W+ flexatx 1u psu from FSP - there's a few stores that do an 80+ bronze certified one for ~ £40, and that will give you a much more reliable power source for a build with a discreet GPU.
