I've been looking at some of the Dell Trade and Save offers, and notcied that the terms state the trade product must be an 'equivelent' - Now i'm wonder what exactly it means by this.
for example if buying a laser printer, would i have to exhcange a lazer printer, or would an inkjet be ok?
Likewise with a monitors, if buying a 24" monitor, would one of the same size need to be returned?
