REQ:Quiter + more effective fan than Panaflo 80L1A?

As the title says really, I normally run the Panaflo on 100% but when I play Hitman Contracts and Farcry I'm hitting temps of 65-67 which I feel is a tad to high (idle temps are 46-47).

Before you ask;
Ive used AS 5 (followed instructions on the web site as how to apply).
All cables clean and tidy.
No overclocking on CPU.

As a side note should the case fan sucking in or blowing out? Mines blowing out of the case. Would it be better to suck cooler air into the case?

Mid 60's isn't a problem as such if you're running stable at those temps.

As for blowing in or out, sucking in might reduce your cpu temps a little, but would also raise the temps inside your case a fair bit too, which could cause other problems depending what you've got in there and how hot it already is. With it blowing out, the fan is also pulling in air from the front/sides and helping to keep the interior cooler.

Give it a go I guess and see what happens...
