    I need a USB 3 hub, but...

...it's going to be hosting a pair of USB 2.0 devices. They're Freeview HD receivers, so I don't want to compromise on bandwidth. As such I want something that'll give me SuperSpeed to the hub and then all of High Speed bandwidth per port after that (rather than two devices sharing 400Mbps between them).

I know VIA has a chipset that does it... I don't know about other USB 3.0 hub chipsets. And unfortunately I don't know which products contain such a chipset.

So, anyone actually know/have any suggestions?

Are they a long distance from the PC? If not, I'd be tempted to run 2 leads, unless you can definitively discover which items use the VIA chipset you mention...

Distance isn't a problem - I'm low on ports so I need a hub if I want multiple tuners as well as keyboard/mouse/infrared.

Can the other bits go on a hub instead?

Yes, that would be the much less ridiculous way of doing it.
