PRICE CHECK - Dell 840 Server

Wondered if anyone could help me out with this as I have no idea as to a price.


I have a Dell 840 Server which consists of

Dell server case

Dell motherboard
Dell Dual Core Xeon 3040 (1.86GHz, 2MB, 1066MHz FSB) Processor
Dell Powervault RD1000 removable disk system with 80GB media cartridge (internal)
3Gb EEC memory DDR2 533
420w PSU
Windows Server® 2003 SBS Standard COA on case (can't find disk)

No HDD's included but SCSI connectiors included.


So, can anyone give me a ballpark figure?

I would say £150 - £200 tops

Check ebay and you will see similar systems with a drive for ~£150.....which is the price I paid for my HP Server with 250GB drive not long ago.
