Digital Doc vs Noise Isolator FC-525PW

I currently own 2 Digital Docs (model 3 and model 5) both 8 channels and today came across an interesting product : the Noise Isolator FC-525PW Rheobus.

I'm wondering what you guies are thinking of those 2 fan controlling solutions.

I'm considering replacing my DD3 by that rheobus since my DD3 seems to be faulty even if I never used it untill now.

The display doesn't work well (it displays all the items it can display at the same time or part of items) and when pressing the force button the fans connected to it either don't turn on or not all of them, or even no result when pressing it. Activating the reset button doesn't help, same when checking if the DD3 board are well connected.

I'm thinking of selling both Digital Doc 3 and Digital Doc 5 to have less wires in my case.
