Need a link to optimal BIOS settings for overclocking with an Epox 8RDA+

I have the latest bios, and I'm running on it a T bred B 0249 with 2 Corsair XMS PC3500 256Mb sticks in dual channel mode. The CPU and NB have each their own WC circuit, the case is an AMK OCD-810 Full Tower modded (lots of fans), more details on my setup can be found in my 8RDA+ problems thread.

I made my second attempt at overclocking with the following settings :

CPU and Ram settings set to Expert to allow me playing with settings.

System Performances and CPU Interface : Optimal

    Multiplier : 10X

    FSB : 200Mhz

    Memory Frequency : 100%

    Ram timings : 11-3-3-2

FSB and AGP Spread Spectrum and the two other ram related settings are left to default values.

Vcore : 1.8V even if I believe that I don't need such a high voltage for that speed

    V DDR : 2.77V

Here MBM and WPCUID screecshots :

What is causing my screen time to time to go black and image reappearing? More AGP voltage and/or frequency is needed?

Another weird thing is that since I've gone for 200Mhz FSB and over 200Mhz Win2K which was set to consider that is always the same user who logs on asks for entereing my password.

I have set AGP Voltage to 1.6V instead of 1.5V and AGP Frequency to 66Mhz.

Now my system seems stable at 12 X 200Mhz, but I think there are better bios settings that will allow me to go over 200Mhz FSB without a Vdd Mod.

With the second CPU WC rad fan @12V on, temp at full load has dropped at 46°C.

I'm now at 12 X 201Mhz, but I still have that annoying video problem (screen going black and image coming back and mouse cursor dissapearing and reappearing when right clicking).

Any idea to solve this video problem?

What could be the bios settings to allow me going over 201Mhh FSB?
