Cheap decent Intel Mobo, CPU, RAM, Cooler

I fried my mobo, an Abit IC7-G last week. I'm having trouble find a direct replacement IC7 or a socket 478 replacement with similar slots so that I can use the existing CPU, Cooler, GPU AGP8x) & RAM.

Looks like I'll have to buy a new mobo, RAM, CPU and cooler.

I don't have complex needs, it's just for XP32, Office97, Mail app (Demon Turnpike) and Internet for editing and sending off my CV.

Could someone recommend basic mobo CPU and RAM combo please?

    Many thanks

Thanks, that would do the trick then some and is about the price point I can afford.
