    New Keyboard and Mouse Help

    Hey

With the bad luck I seem to be having with my Roccat peripherals. I have returned a Kulo 7.1 headset after it stopped working in 1 ear, My Isku Keyboard numpad stopped working so it went back on Monday and I've been credited my money back for that and the Kone+ mouse has also been acting up so I'm writing my whole Roccat experience off as a bad job and looking for something new.

This time I'm not so bothered about "Gaming" gimmicks and just looking for a good keyboard//mouse with strong reliable build quallity that is also responsive for gaming. Price isn't really much of an issue, I'll pay what ever it costs if it's going to last!

    Thanks,

Re: New Keyboard and Mouse Help

I got some amazon vouchers off various people for my Birthday and just replaced my ancient and very manky (especially WASD keys!) Logitech media keyboard and mouse with a new Corsair Vengeance K90 keyboard, and M90 mouse. It's an expensive combo and wouldn't normally pay so much for keyboards and mice, but since half of it was covered with vouchers I thought sod it! They are lovely and built like they would survive a nuclear war. Very pleased with my purchases. There's a few reviews up now so google is your friend as usual

Re: New Keyboard and Mouse Help

Well I just got £75 back from Play.com (My Isku was a Christmas gift). I decided to go with the Ozone Strike Mechanical Keyboard and then thought I would treat myself to a Cyborg R.A.T 7 Mouse ready for when my new system gets here this week. I just hope they both out perform and out last the Roccat peripherals that I got for Christmas.

Let me know how you get on with the Corsair stuff though because I might need a backup if things go like last time.

Re: New Keyboard and Mouse Help

Corsair m60/k60 here and must say build quality is superb. I even had an accident which resulted in the k60 drinking a cup of tea while the PC was on First keyboard ever which withstood it....1 day drying and it's perfect again.

Microsoft Sidewinder X4 Keyboard, best I've had thus far. (and I've gone through a lot), just thought I'd mention it.
