My new project: Frame PC

Well at the moment it's only in preliminary design and testing stages but i'm going to be putting it in a frame with an aluminium surround which should look GREAT

It's build on my old Celeron 800 laptop with 192mb of ram (8mb shared video), 10gb hdd and 24x CD drive.

I will also probably a wireless keyboard and mouse once it's all completed...... but now for preliminary pictures (showing a video of The Simpsons.






Will post more pics soon once it's further into development.... Oh and i will replacing the back of my laptop with a proper home made housing

That looks cool mate , It'd make a good dvd/divx player if ya find a good place to stick it . What are you going to use for speakers??

it has built in speakers but they arent very good, but if i do want to use it as a div-x player i will simply get some of those cheapo flat panel speakers, gut them and fit them some how

i know that, and that's what i plan to do, but i aint spending money on wireless keyboards and mice until i've got the actual frame pc itself built to proper standards
