Price Check: CPU / MOBO / RAM / GPU / HDD etc

Just looking for an idea of prices for the following bits and bobs! Any advice welcome as looking to sell in the very near future.


CPU - C2D E8500

CPU Cooler - Golden Orb II

MOBO - Asus P5Q Pro

RAM - Corsair XMS2 4GB DDR2 (2x2GB)

GPU - 1GB Gainward GTX460 GS GoesLikeHell

PSU - Corsair 450w 450HXUK

HDD - Western Digital 500GB WD5000AAKS Caviar

Case - Antec 300 (some very minor scratches including damage to one of the front USB headers)


Not a clue what any of this is worth so really need your help guys!

First, I would sell the CPU, CPU Cooler and Motherboard as a bundle - The CPU bundle will get around £60 on eBay. Other then that its really hard to give prices, a quick look on ebay would give you some ideas but I would expect around £175 for the lot (RAM = £15, GPU = £60, HDD = £15, PSU = £25 - Case has slight damage so I didn't factor it in) but people are out for a good deal these days and its a buyers market so you will just have to see what kind of offers people make.

I think I would rather give it away for free than go through the faff and expense of selling through eBay! Its such a rip off website which now only favours the buyer.
That said all of my components are verging on 5 year old (except the GPU) so what can I really expect?!

Just looking for a price check at the moment guys so wont be offering sale of any items through PM or otherwise. Hoping to build my new rig by the end of June soon as its fully built and working I'll be hopefully posting an actual sales thread in the correct forum.
