I was woried... but since the socket is rotated I think it will work!

If the socket wasnt rotated the heat pipes would have been in the way!

This is the very best right!

EDIT! No the caps look like they might be in the way! even if I remove the otes....... dam heat pipe!

Thermalrights are still a pile of ****e. The current 900U ive got for my 3.2C is no better than my old BROKEN zalman 7000alcu with the same fan (i broke a fan blade on the zalman and as you cant replace the fan had been using a fan bracket, i use the same fan bracket setup with the 900U).
Swiftech is definately the way to go, although i cant really complain that much cause this cooler was £30 cheaper than a new swifty.
I dont like sig pics so i turn off sigs Which doesnt help when i dont know what ive written here! DOH!

    Currently got a Coolermaster Hyper 6 on my 3Ghz P4 that's running at 3.7Ghz and 1.6v.

Running two instances of Prime at the same time, load temps are around 40oC.

Got a sneaky feeling that the OTES cooling on the IC7 Max 3 will get in the way though.

Dont agree bought Thermalright's, In my experience theyhave been quite cool. I have a slk 900U sitting on my 2.4@3.0 Ghz, i get idle temps of 29 and 35 under load. Considering I only have a papst NG something silent fan, dontthink that too bad.

    Just me opinion
