Not really sure where this goes

havent a clue if i am in the right area of the forusm but i think the answer is badsed around psu's so ill go on ahead and stick it in here, lol

ok i have this problem that only occurs when i play halo every time i start my pc play halo online , frag a load of ppl etc, after a random time it sorta glitches reall slow like interneal lag, and i loose the sound, as if sum1 took out my soundcard, and to get rid of this problem i have to restart my pc and its ok agian, but thos means i cant really enjoy a game cos if this happens ill ahve to exit it, i thought cos i only have a jippy 250watt psu, running 2 cd drives, a Hardcano 12, and a graphic equalizer, with two hard drives and a few exhaust blowers and fans, that it may not get enough power, and i way off ir wood i need a bigger psu
    ????

    ne ideas???
    Thanks in advance, Richard evans

p.s. sorry 4 the krap typing

The four pin square plug is not for most amd mobos, its mainly only for p4's (but there are some exceptions.)

The meridian PSU's at scan seem ok and seen a few peeps here recommend them. Gonna be in the market for a new PSU myself to, prolly go for the Tagan one, looks good but pricey
