    Nice man...

Well, I'm finally a happy owner of this beautiful mechanical keyboard Typing from it in this very moment
After all this waiting it was all worth it!

I would like to thank Pete B. for his outstanding customer service - always replying on my questions and keeping everything under control.
Thanks Pete! As always, great service from Scan!

Now.. I think I'm gonna start writing a book.. with this new keyboard, typing is such a pleasure..... hmmmm.....

Re: CM Mechanical Keyboard and Cherry BROWN Switch

I had to register to say I'm loving my keyboard. My first ever mechanical and it's an absolute joy to use.

I do have one question though: is anybody else having trouble getting the red replacement WASD keys to sit flush with the other keys? I've swapped them about a few times now and the red ones are always noticeably higher. Are they suposed to be?

I only tried one and it was flush with others. I had to push it pretty hard to make it even. First make sure it sits properly in the "cross" bit of the switch, then press it hard.

Phinix what switch did you buy? Is yours the new brand-less design?

You can push down harder to get them to sit flush, but removing them again can be very tricky (note my earlier post!). I wouldn't recommend using them at all, to be honest

There's a noticeably different feel when pushing the replacement and original keys onto the switch. With the originals you feel some soft resistance but not with the replacements.
