Sony Ericsson P900 is probably what you're after. A superb phone and a pretty decent PDA too. However, you may want to wait until "third quarter" for the P910 comes out.

I'm a little biased but I'd go with a Symbian over a Windows Mobile phone. There's very, very little third party software for the Windows Mobile platform whilst there's tonnes of it around for Symbian phones - everything from guitar tuners to customisable remote controls for your TV to a MAME emulator to IM clients for all of the main standards (MSN, ICQ, AOL, etc).

They also tend to use Opera over IE for web browser too, so you don't need to worry about massive security holes.

A full list of Symbain phones can be found here, though for full PDA functions you're probably looking at the P900 (P910 due Q3 2004) or the Nokia Communicator 9210 (a bit old now - 9500 due Q4).

There's quite a few P900 users on the forums so you should be able to find a reliable opinion of the phone.
