What do I need?
I need someway for the pump to turn on with the pc but I have no pci slots free, Will a 80mm rad be ok for a 2500M clocked hard? can it be fitted without res? and will that affect temps?
Gotta sort this machine out its sat at 62 degrees atm :eek:
Pump, Rad, waterblock that attaches by ZIF lugs.

Well your not going to have much space in there. I think probably best to have the rad external, possibly on the lid of the case? seen this done on full towers a few times, works quite well... That way you have space for atleast 120x1 thermochill rad.
use a laing d4 pump, nice and small (in comparason to most pumps) and also the best performing pump too... (of the ones commonly used for w/c'ing). Its 12v, so you wont need a pci slot to turn it on, however it takes 2A so it might be unsuitable for your psu, but you can get a wall-adpator psu to power it.
Shuttle mobos, iirc use the P4 mounting hole spacings for the ICE heatsink, so any p4 waterblock should be compatable, but you should check first. ZIF lugs is a horrible way to do it...
An 80mm rad probably wouldnt give any advantage over air cooling.
62c full load? its not THAT bad, if its stable, and your happy with the niose level, you mayaswell leave it as is... not as if your using loads of voltage through it so it wont burn out any time soon...
Zif lugs should be fine for a shuttle, its always horizontal so no gravitational stress is added.
You will have to have the rad external, I also have the res and pump external.

I'd say what you need is to resolve the other thread you have which reads "Yes I know im always changing my mind lol" but "I'm think about buying a tower case"! :-)
Unless you were think of placing the Shuttle inside a watercooled tower case? Now that's gotta be a unique PC. :-)
