Bookshelf Speakers for PC

I'm having a hard time finding a decent set of bookshelf speakers for my new PC, at present I'm running with some old cheapo logitech's and would like to replace them for something similar to my Mordaunt-Short floor standing speakers I have on my Amp. I don't want to spend crazy money on them but don't mind putting a few £££ down for a decent set. I don't know if anyone will need to know this but I have a Creative SB Recon 3D Fatal1ty soundcard hth

By bookself speakers do you mean speakers driven by an amp? In which case, what's your amp? Or are you looking for speakers that contain their own amp built in (desktop speakers for eg)?

Bookshelf Speakers for a PC, ones that can be plugged directly in to my soundcard and don't require an Amp to use them

Right, active speakers (usually called desktop speakers). Not so up on those myself, have only really heard of m-audio. I had originally searched for "Desktop Speakers" and "PC Speakers" but only got results of things very similar to the cheapo Logitech ones that I already have (I'm sure you know the type I'm meaning).
