Which of these PSUs is the quietest?

I am looking for the best "silent" PSU for around £50-£60

These are the PSUs i am interested in:

    Tagen 330W ~ £40
    Tagen 380W ~ £55
    Tagen 480W ~ £70
    Thermaltake Purepower Butterfly ~ £55
    SilentX 300W ~ £60

All it has to do is power the following system and be as QUIET AS POSSIBLE:
    2.26Ghz 533Mhz
1024MB PC3200 DDR RAM Running at DDR266 Speeds
    40GB 5400 RPM Western Digital
    ATI Radeon 9800PRO 128MB 256bit
    Sound Blaster Live 5.1
    DVD/CDRW Combo

Many Thanks, would appreciate it if only the above PSUs were recommended

For future proofing i'd go with a 480W and soundwise i'm not sure. I've got a Enermax 460W which is silent when you turn the fan down.

From what I've read the SilentX is the quietest as in seriously almost silent. It may be worth asking this question over at some silent pc forum as you may get some qualitative answers.

I vouch for the Thermaltake, its nice and quiet.

In fact, the 80mm fans are way louder in my case than the PSU a ThermalTake Silent 480W...

I think its safe enough to say that the thermaltake is the best value for money and also very quiet

AFAIK the PSU fans will speed up on there own if the PSU gets hot

there would be no point in having manually controlled fans then!

yes there is, as 90% of the time I use my machine its so quiet I cannot hear it, the only time I have ever heard it speed up from the loweest setting is during Tiger Woods 2004 and FarCry, and even then its usually after a hour of playing.

All the controlled fan speed PSU's are all the same.

Tis up to you though, spend 80 quid on an Antec or 54 on a thermaltake when they both work perfectly fine.
