There are 9 uses of "mousing surface" within the review itself, including the title on the second page but excluding the use of "mousing surfaces" 3 times(different phrase) and the 2 page links "corepad mousing surface", and the menu link :p(page links .. whats that got todo with the review?:P) an
as for the weight, if its 280x220x4 (at the max length/width) as you say, glass is around 2600kg/m3, making its weight around 640, add 10g for the preforated sheet, and take off 100 for the rounded edges and wrist cutout my guess would be about 550g :> (heavy mouse mat :P)

Willy also stated the instance count correctly, but your guess was closer. 98.9% close to be precise.

556g in weight, when you guessed 550g, means you win the Corepad.
Congratulations!
PM me with your postal address and I'll post the Corepad out first thing in the morning. You'll have it on Monday.
Also, thanks to everyone who entered, and many thanks to Corepad themselves for the competition sample.
