    New Laptop Help! Please? =)

Hi, I'm Going to purchase a laptop, my first laptop , and i need some help buying one, looking for around 1000-2000, and its mainly going to be used for games, not bothered about battery life or anything. I have been looking at Alienware Extreme, but was wondering if there are any better, cheaper laptops?

    Thank you

    Bovie.

Well its the best mobile graphics card out at the moment, 1gb of ram will be enough for anyone these days i imagine, and a Athlon 64 3400 with 1mb of cache should do anything you ask it to! The only gripe is that it has a 5400rpm HDD, which i will soon replace with a nice shiney 80gb 7200rpm one (not really noticable in games, but i make DVD backups of all my dvd's, so it takes a little longer)

    EDIT:

Also its widescreen, which is nice I can play PlanetSide, UT2004 and City of Hero's at 1280x800 at medium details (never tried full) without a hitch Certainly better than my old desktop!
