The intention of this thread is not to replace Hexus Monthly Build Guide October 2011 but to encourage the more experienced among you to have an ape at the following examples:

The goal in mind here is to run games at high resolutions at least 1920x1200 or above on a single GPU with AA+ settings. possibly with your own twist on what is the best tech going on this month.
more importantly have a little fun with your recommended hardwear.
list the components as above and a paragraph on why you'r build's the best.

Why would water cooling be above the grasp of us? If you're considering building a rig yourself and spending the likes of £400 on just the graphics card then you're sufficiently enthusiastic about computing that water cooling should be no problem, especially given the number of self-contained units available these days.

BTW you have a typo in your title (But I'd change it - there's nothing hexus community about this thread, it's just reviewing Bit-tech's guide at the moment )

I think anything like this needs to have a budget in mind, unless you just want a list of all the fastest components currently available regardless of cost.

When I say above us I mean more my self as being less than a vetran I tried to emphasize the point (custom water cooling) as in none self-contained water cooling.

I've searched tirelessly for a build guides that are up to date by professionals like the Hexus editors but alas they don't make any build guides only hardware reviews.
And I'm reluctant to spend £1500+ on any one random forum members suggestion however much I may want to.

I'm only competent enough to assemble a build not to make one of my own.

Using a combination of cashback credit card, promotional codes, and cash back sites aka Topcashback or quidco, Amazon hiccups temporary price drops.
I can normally trim the better part of a third or more of any RRP suggested so price is not something I take at face value.

E.G the above suggested case Silverstone Fortress FT02B is£187.79 but simply changing case colour to the FT02S £167.96
MSI GeForce GTX 680@DABS £380 use JULY25 - £25 off £399 spend=£355
So budget full RRP £2000 but probably closer to £1500 in reality.
