    Annoying SN45G Temp Problem

Ive had this about 3 weeks now, my second one of these. All is working fine, on problems to report... apart from this one! I have it set to smart fan in BIOS, which i always have had, the temp its set to speed up at is 52c, the highest i can set it..

Now, when im running windows the temp is around 52 and 53, so as you can expect the fan speeds up, then slows down, speeds up and slows down! This is VERY annoying...

Is there anyway i can change the speeds the fan speeds up at? Im using the latest BIOS, but 52 is the highest i can set it

invest in a noiseblocker fan, more airflow at much lower noise, the stock sunon fans are noisy beasts

I get that with my Shuttle. Haven't fixed it yet but it's something todo with the fan, it kinda revs, which gets on my nerves.
As mgh0 said, try a noiseblocker fan, much better than the stock Sunon they give you.
