best place to buy modded cases ?

Erm Kustom is the only place I have come across that sells the pre moded lids, could try over-clock.co.uk, if you send the lid to them they should be able to chop it for you.

I went to Kustom (not physically) but I sent my lid there. Service was great and if you don't like any of their standard modding options they'll happily do something different for you.
