Is this sound out of no where bad?

Helllllllooo! Anyways, I got my new reformatted system up and running but there is this little beep every now and then, its the "Default Beep" sound. Everything seems fine, but it'll beep for no practical reason. Unless you guys know something I dont. What do you guys think?

defult beep sound from your speakers or your pc speaker (internal) normally a internal beep is when using a ps2 keyboard and you are pressing more then 4 keys at once and the buffer overflows. but a normal windows bing is driven from a appliction, is anything running in the background?

it could be kazaa, im not familar to the package me self but there could be sound when commands hidden away in there

Yea I think it is. It only happends after I press the search for blah files, and I think it does that when it appears to be done.

Is that not normal, so you can tell roughly what the volume your adjusting to is..?
