Well I just happen to be having a VERY boring night shift so I'll have a look......

Try these for a selection from Ebuyer (all are inc VAT but excluding delivery):

Case: JNC 4JA midi tower, 300w psu £10.57 (free delivery)
Mobo: PC Chips SIS741, onboard VGA £27.39
CPU: AMD Duron 1600 OEM £26.88
    Cooler: Speeze £3.84
    Memory: 256mb Ebuyer value PC2100 £21.14
Hard drive: Western Digital 20GB £26.49
    CD-ROM: LG 52X £9.39
    Mouse: Kingcase MSS-05 £1.17
    Keyboard: Ebuyer Extra Value £1.83
    Floppy drive: Alps OEM £3.99

That comes to £132.69 without operating system. Hmm....doesn't seem that cheap! I'm sure someone will find cheaper, but it gives an idea of 'budget' components.
