    SD Cards

    Hi Guys,

I've decided to splash the cash and buy a digital camera (I think I'll go for the Minolta Dimage Xg) and I was wondering if there is any difference in performance or reliability between different manufacturers of SD cards or should I just go for the cheapest?

    Thanks guys,

    Pickers

Oh and any thoughts on the camera would be appreciated too

or you have got twinmos SD at komplett for about half the price!. 512mb for about £60 compared to all the sandisk stuff i've seen at £100+ for 512mb.

twinMOS stuff should be fine...as for the camera, I've heard it's as good as the original XT, if not better. I own an X20 (cheap version of the Xt/Xg) and it's a cracker, all of the X-series are generally very cool (just for the thinness). I'll find some reviews and stick them back on here.

Personally I use cheapest SD cards I can get - the last ones I got were ebuyer value (I was sent Kingmax) 256MB for about £25inc. no complaints about them.
