NF7S-2G and NF7S-2
sucks for Ocing though :\
nf7s-2 ? wtf mmm this is some what confusing, thought they would have called it nf7-s v3 or summat....
It looks the same part from the rotated ide sockets.
No SoundStorm, no IEE1394
No CAS2.0 in BIOS (will be fixed)
No multiplier selection in BIOS (by design & won't be fixed)
Vcore only available to +14% of default in current BIOS
Does have very good RAID performance as it is on chip rather than via PCI bus.
It looks like ABIT may have pulled a fast 1 on the Gigabit ethernet on the S2G though. Users reports that they have used a discrete controller using the PCI bus rather than the Gb southbridge with on chip.
So which would be better to use? NF7-S V2.0? or NF7-S2G?
NF7-S V2.0, Corsair 768 XMS 3200(512 Dual DDR), AMD Athlon XP 2400+, PowerColour 9600SE 128MB, Audigy 2, PlexWriter Premium (52X Write), Jet7 and a Chieftec Dragon with funky blue cold cathodes
cool
