best heatsink/fan for AMD 64
running stock h/s and cooler at the moment on my amd 64 3000+. Want a replacement which provides better cooling and does not sound like a jet engine. Any suggestions as my av CPU temp is 45-50c and would prefer something cooler but quieter(thought about hydra 6 but apparently not a good idea if mobo is mounted vertically).
I do know everything, just not all at once. It's a virtual memory problem.

I would check really carefully whether anything will obstruct it around the socket
nice one BUFF. theres a good mobo compatability list on thermalrights site.
