New SB75G2 V2 but no video...

I recently assembled an SB75G2 v2. The problem is when I turn it on, I don't have any video signal whatsoever. I first tried a new x800 pro, but decided to try an old 3D Blaster Banshee PCI card that I'm sure works. Both cards yield the same effect... nothing. I also tried resetting the CMOS, but that also does not help. I'm not sure if it's posting or not, because everything else seems to be working - the fans spin (including the one on the x800 when it's in), the hard drive spins, the LEDs come on, the DVD drive has power to open/close the tray, but the floppy drive does not operate (which could be because of BIOS settings, I'm guessing). I'm sure the monitor works, too, cuz I'm using it right now I tried tearing the system apart and putting it back together including pulling out the CPU and reseating it and the ICE. Nothing I've trued has given me any different results from what I've gotten already. What's going on?

    Stuff I'm using:
SB75G2 V2 (if you haven't figured that out already)
    3.2E P4 (Prescott)
    1Gb Kingston HyperX PC3200
    WD Raptor 74Gb SATA 10,000rpm
    Pioneer DVD +/- R/RW
    ATI x800 Pro

Well, I solved my problem, though I don't exactly know how or why it works. I called Shuttle tech support and the guy suggested I try removing everything but the CPU and a stick of RAM, then change out the CPU and RAM if it still doesn't boot. To my amazement, it booted right up with the CPU and RAM. What amazes me, though, is that I started to put the components back in (other stick of RAM, HD, FDD, DVD) and it booted fine. Consider me puzzled.
