    Silencing Reflextion PC

Hi all, i have a reflextion shuttle, n i find it to b very loud, esp the 80mm fan So i was thinkning of replacing it with a SilenX iXtrema 80mm Thermistor Fan and also considering a SilentX PSU. I've read other forums n some ppl say the PSU is not worth it, so i was wondering if its worth purchasing a SilentX PSU and then replacing the fans inside OR just replace my existing fans in my 220W PSU with some 40mm, 14dB fans. If i do the latter which 40mm fan you you recommend?

Thank you for your help guys/gals

250w silenx psu and the silenx 80mm fan sounds a good combo...

i'd go with that........ easier than messing about with 40mm fans inside the psu.....
