Your PC will never use as much power as this. 25W for a hard disk? For a fraction of a second while it spools up maybe

If I OC my Barton from 2500+ to over 3200+ speed, do I have to select the 3200+ option?

(Under 350W it seems, looks like I have lots of power to spare... Maybe enough for Two PCI-Express GFX card in SLI... Although that would require me to upgrade my mobo, CPU etc. at the time)

That link seems to show absolute worst case power useage. Doesn't seem very accurate.

105 watts for a 6800GT? Maybe 75. 25 watts for my hard drive? Drive it self says 10.

Might be ok for suggested minimum PSU, but there are alot of other factors.
