New mouse to replace old logitech mediaplay?
Evening folks.
I've got a PC I use mostly for watching tv shows on, with a logitech mediaplay mouse connected. The mouse, which is quite a few years old now, is slowly beginning to fail and is having trouble tracking properly.
I've been looking for another mouse to replace this but haven't had much luck, there doesn't seem to be anything else out there that has the features I want neatly packaged. Ideally I'd like it to be a wireless mouse, rather than a touchpad or remote, with buttons I can use to go forward, rewind, pause, volume up & down. It would also be nice if it was ambidextrous in design and could be used by anyone easily, but not a deal breaker for me since I'm right handed and would be the main user.
Anyone think of anything that might do?
Re: New mouse to replace old logitech mediaplay?
This isn't really what you requested, but I use a Logitech G9x Laser mouse and I LOVE it. I've never even HEARD of a mouse with pause, play rewind and volume controls on it. Google the Logitech G9x and see what you think. It's loaded with delicious features, and you'd be sticking with a brand you've already used :)
P.S.
In your post, If you click on Logitech Mediaplay, it will take you to Amazon.com where they are selling the mouse you're looking to replace :)
