You don't say which model it is? There are 3 different 512MB models in the XMS 3200 range :MY-007-CS,MY-032-CS and MY-029-CS. The price of these varies massively - cheapest (new) is ~£80, most expensive ~£120. Say second hand you are looking at half that, then it could be anywhere in the range £40-60. I guess most people would also be looking to 'pair' this with a similar module, so again that may affect the price you get. Still, nominally ~£50, but list it and see.

Depending on revision XMS3200c2 is either BH-6, CH-5 or Infineon Rev. B
