wow how long does it take? i thought it would be 10 mins or something an 60 for a shuttle under big old load like that tester is good.. idle temps are fine

Yep - 60 is OK for a shuttle. Just in general I like to keep the temps below 60, and you are at 58 so that's below 60.

And it takes as long as you want to ensure it's stable. Almost any PC, at rediculous speeds will pass P95 for 5 mins. A PC that is 99% stable may run it for a few hours. A PC that is 99.9% stable may run it fine for a day or so.

It doesn't harm the PC so I usually leave mine running Memtest overnight, and Prime 95 for a few days. Once I'm 100% sure it's stable - I'll run SETI again.
(There's no point in anyone running any grid type projects if they fail Prime95. They are just submitting incorrect results to the project.)

Conversely it is possible to have an overclock that is Prime stable but 3D apps. fall over.

well i gave it an hour and it all seems fine the cpu was ticking away at 55 after the first ten mins of 58, so i thought it had took enough, seems stamble for me, i'm not a big appliction user and play the odd game so i'm happy
