Yep - 60 is OK for a shuttle. Just in general I like to keep the temps below 60, and you are at 58 so that's below 60.
And it takes as long as you want to ensure it's stable. Almost any PC, at rediculous speeds will pass P95 for 5 mins. A PC that is 99% stable may run it for a few hours. A PC that is 99.9% stable may run it fine for a day or so.
It doesn't harm the PC so I usually leave mine running Memtest overnight, and Prime 95 for a few days. Once I'm 100% sure it's stable - I'll run SETI again.
(There's no point in anyone running any grid type projects if they fail Prime95. They are just submitting incorrect results to the project.)
Some peeps say "It's only Prime95 that fails on my PC... It completes all benchmarks OK, runs windows fine... Prime 95 must be wrong" Then complain when a particular game crashes to desktop occasionally.

well i gave it an hour and it all seems fine the cpu was ticking away at 55 after the first ten mins of 58, so i thought it had took enough, seems stamble for me, i'm not a big appliction user and play the odd game so i'm happy
