That old, separately. Unless you're giving them away, in which case do it as a bundle.
Depends on exactly what you've got. I've generally got good results on ebay selling CPU/MOBO/RAM bundles, as long as you're prepared to start them at 99p and take whatever you get. Be prepare to not get very much at all though - that's pretty old kit now.
