    Decent case for £50???

    Hi Guys,

I'm after a clean looking, compact ATX case. I'd like something aluminium looking (I know I can't get an aluminium case for that money!) that's not tacky. Oh and I don't need a PSU and I don't want a Chieftec Dragon as they are just too huge! Was looking at the Coolermaster Centurion, but it looks a bit tacky inside, any opinions?

    Thanks,

    Pickers

r u serious? i thought it was insanely well priced... woah that's a bit devious of them, i guess the important thing is weight...

    is it heavy i wonder

i got a case ages ago for about 25 from either aria or ccl, and it is really well constructed and compact, foldable psu box, niceley reinforced, 3x 5 inch bays... i'm jealous cos i just have a nicely painted normal one, but this one is smaller and more accessible and on sale as a system.

I've jst seen that the front ports have to be plugged into motherboard headers to work. My motherboard doesn't have an internal firewire header so does anyone know a way around this? Can I buy a PCI card that will have such a header?

    Thanks,

    Pickers

P.S. I'm going for the Centurion

Thinking of getting that, its got really good reviews, and comes with a psu which is essential to my tight budget. I know someone who had that and they said its nice...

Would a normal firewire card with an internal port be okay? I thought they were just normal ports (6pin ?) but mounted on the inside. It's just that it looks like it is one of the black plastic connectors that would plug into a firewire header on the motherboard. Could anyone recommend a cheap card to get which has what I want?

    Thanks,

    Pickers
