Low power build ?

If you had £1000 to spend on a low powered system what parts would you buy?

The system is a gaming system to play games like bf3 , tf2 ect

I would probably get a laptop TBH if power consumption is a major concern. A power optimised PC build will probably consume more than a laptop still(all parts of the PC need to be considered).
