need help with pc and possible upgrades please

Hello everyone, I need so urgent help..

Ok my specs on pc as I can remember them is:

    Windows7 64-bit
4gb ram (I think it might be some chap maker, who made them)
1tb hdd (again I think it might be a budget part)
Amd 965be x4 (Which is one of my major concerns)
Msi gtx 560ti (not a concern)
    m3a ucc motherboard
    Cit mars gaming case

Ok now here is where I need help, My processor idles at 35/36c and when playing gw2 goes as hot as 66/67c and the sound drives me crazy... I have cleaned out the fans blew out the system but to no joy. Now I need some suggestions on how I can solve this issue what can I buy from scan to help this issue. I am not rich and do not have the budget to purchase a whole new system and I have never built one so not sure how hard or easy it is.
I have thought about upgrades, what could i replace and change myself? would my mb handle a intel card how hard is it to put everything into a new case please help.

Take the side off your case while its noisy and gently stop each fan until you have an idea of which ones are loud.

Once you know exactly where the noise is coming from you can target that area(s).

You may find all you need is a decent aftermarket CPU cooler. I've built systems practically identical to yours that are very quiet.

Every stock cooler is very noisy no matter what CPU you choose.

If the CPU is fast enough for your use then I would buy a decent CPU cooler only.

Get some better cooling in the case?? A better CPU cooler and maybe some extra case fans would help.

Also what PSU do you have??

I think I have a 650w psu, my case has as many fans as it can have, which does not help. what are the best 80mm case fans scan has? also what is the best fan for the 965be x4? and is there anywhere I can read to teach me how to change it.

    What make is the PSU??

    These are good coolers:

    http://www.scan.co.uk/products/gelid...am2-am2plus-am

    http://www.scan.co.uk/products/coole...-am3-754-939-9

    http://www.scan.co.uk/products/coole...55-1156-1366-a

However, you will need to check whether they will fit in your case first.

you cpu is good so no need to replace.

New Cooler should do the trick

a hyper 212 evo is around £25 and with 2 fans in it, works a treat. Good for a budget.

Ok.... Just checked and a new fan won't fit, so here is my new plan what would you advise if lets say I moved most of my parts, except Cpu and motherboard and went with a new case, new MB, new cpu and possibly new cpu fan if the stock one is not good enough.

Can you recommend any products? or advice?

how can I check it will fit and do I need to buy thermal paste? Also how can I remove and replace the fan?

My case is not the biggest which I feel is a issuse (cit mars gaming case) so I am not sure that a 120mm fan will fit I hope it does.
