setting up an athlon 64 computer..

Hi,

g/f finally getting the rig soon and i'll have to set it all up for her this weekend, and was wondering there isn't anything hugely different from setting up a standard athlon xp computer is there ?

only thing that might be new to me is fitting the heatsink but i heard it is even easier, and to spread the artic silver all over the heatspreader ?

oh and when installing windows do as normal but i guess its to use the nofrce 3 motherboard drivers and that's it ?

no other special stuff that needs to be done ?

You dont spread... you put a BB sized drop in the center of the heat spreader
