It seems the first mini-ITX FM2 motherboard has appeared on OcUK:

Now that is tempting.
Will these mobos support audio out through HDMI?
Scan has another mini-ITX FM2 motherboard on pre-order for the end of the month:

The MSI has bluetooth and wi-fi built in too.
I haven't decided whether or not to run with the MSI or the ASRock one yet. The ASRock should be available a day later. The MSI one looks good value with the wifi and bluetooth.
Reckon around christmas/just after (assuming slightly cheaper prices) I'll probably build a little htpc for in front of the tv with one of these and an APU, like that the MSI has built in wifi/bluetooth.
Shame both of these don't have displayport. I guess I'm one of the VERY few minority that want to run 1440p off integrated graphics.
Might have to just settle for a mini-ITX board + a low profile 6570 or something similar.
I got excited about this one because Overclockers were stating "Multi VGA Output options: D-Sub, DVI-D and HDMI", but none of the other vendors, nor ASRock themselves, claim that there are 3 display outputs.
This was the only reason I fancied it over the MSI board, which for the same money offers bluetooth and wifi built in. Shame it's not going to be in stock for a month at least.
I have the board: it has HDMI & D-sub sockets.
Unless you're in a hurry and don't need WiFi or BT (like me) I'd wait for for the other boards.

You need to add a power block though.
OTH,you could get one of these PSUs though for the AMD motherboards:
