Will the Reserator work with Dual AMD Athlon MP 2200+ CPUs?

I would say bad idea, twice the heat output is a bad idea.

well, it's only designed for a single cpu +vidcard + northbridge, depending on what the vid card in your system is you might get away with it (if it's already passive for example)

It will only be for the CPUs - No VGA and NB

From what I've read, it's not that great at cooling even one CPU... And wasn't there a recent recall on them? (Yep, I know they've only recently been released.) Stick to bigger buckets of water going through a fan-assisted radiator, I say. :-)

Actually the effect of running two CPU's won't be as big as you'd think. It will run hotter, of course, but it will work more efficiently.

    Just the flow indicator.

Leaked in some cases, so Zalman redesigned it and will replace them for free.

If David is getting/has a reserator then I assume it's safe to say they it's a decent bit of kit

More efficiently because it works passively, being hotter than the surrounding air, and through convection currents. Two CPU's mean it is even hotter, and the larger heat differential between it and the surroundings mean the energy it disperses increases on an exponential scale.

Would also heat the surrounding air more, so unless you live in a wind tunnel the effieciency increase wouldn't be that great.

It would cause greater convection currents, since the hotter the surrounding air is, the less dense, etc. Practiacally, based on my considerable experience with passive radiators in watercooling systems, I'd expect that a system running 10C over ambient with one CPU would likely run 15C over ambient with 2 CPUs.

My advice is, try it and see. I think you'll be pleasently surprised, but you can always add a cheap active radiator inline if it's hotter than you'd like.

I ran one with my Extreme Edition - no issues, not even a fan in the chassis (was a shuttle too!)

I believe it will work with 2 MP2200s - since most GPUs give out more wattage than that i.e you can cool a EE and a 68u with it
